In compiling the content for this site we sought to ensure that the text content is factually correct to the best of our knowledge, compelling and inspirational. We felt it had to be written with authority, locally, in the correct context for both the geographical area and the subject, by people involved locally in the subject about which they wrote. Some would say perhaps it was too big a risk with such a short turn around. Trusting in local professionalism we went ahead and invited contributions, and were delighted by the enthusiasm with which people undertook these tasks and delivered on time! It was extremely heartening and the site would simply not be the same without them. With very grateful thanks to ALL who contributed from Skye and Lochalsh Marketing, board of directors and the businesses of Skye and Lochalsh area. We couldn’t have done it without you - moran taing!
